SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

Signature Giftworks is committed to providing a seamless, reliable, and premium delivery experience for every order. Because our products are handcrafted, curated, and often personalized, processing and shipping timelines vary slightly depending on the items selected.


Processing Times

Non-personalized items:

  • Ship within 2–3 business days

Personalized or customized items:

  • Ship within 5–7 business days
    (This includes engraving, monogramming, or custom-assembled gift sets.)

During peak seasons (November–December, major holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship exclusively via UPS to provide fast, dependable delivery across the United States.

  • Free Standard Shipping is provided on every order.
  • Expedited Shipping is available; please note that shipping occurs after processing. Due to the personalized nature of each set, overnight processing and delivery is usually not possible. If you have an urgent request, reach out to info@signaturegiftworks.com before you make the purchase.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 3-4 business days after your order has shipped
  • Tracking information is automatically emailed once your shipment is on its way

We currently do not offer local pickup or same-day delivery.


Shipping Locations

At this time, Signature Giftworks ships within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally.


Shipping to Gift Recipients

We are happy to ship directly to your recipient.
All Signature Giftworks orders arrive fully packaged in our premium two-piece gift boxes, complete with ribbon and enclosure card. If you include a personalized message at checkout, we will handwrite it for a refined touch.


Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues

Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Signature Giftworks is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please contact UPS directly to initiate a claim.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at info@signaturegiftworks.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will replace the affected items at no cost to you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order.
Changes can only be made before the order enters personalization or production.
