What is Signature Giftworks?
Signature Giftworks (SG) is a small-batch gifting foundry specializing in thoughtfully curated and personalized gift sets. Each Edition is designed to bring meaning, refinement, and intentionality to life’s most memorable occasions.
Where are you located?
We are based in Naples, Florida, and operate online to provide a seamless, personalized gifting experience to customers nationwide.
How do I contact customer service?
You can reach us at info@signaturegiftworks.com or through the Contact page on our website. We respond within 24 hours, or the next business day if your message is received on a weekend or holiday.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer traditional “gift wrapping.” All Signature Giftworks gifts are packaged in our premium gift boxes as part of the experience. You will have the opportunity to select the gift box you prefer during customization.
Your gift will always arrive beautifully presented, complete with tissue, ribbon, and a premium enclosure card.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
Absolutely. Every gift includes a premium enclosure card. You may select the card and add your message during customization. All messages will be handwritten for an elegant finishing touch.

How long does it take to process my order?

Non-personalized orders: 2–3 business days

Personalized/custom orders: 5–7 business days before shipping
Do you offer rush processing?
Yes, when capacity allows.
Please email info@signaturegiftworks.com before placing your order to confirm availability and fees.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Not at this time.
However, we are happy to ship directly to your recipient and include your handwritten message.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Can I personalize an item?
Yes. Many of our products can be customized with engraving, monograms, or personalized messages.

How do I provide personalization details?
Enter your information in the customization section before checkout.
For requests beyond what is listed, email us at info@signaturegiftworks.com before ordering.
Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes. We specialize in corporate events, real estate closings, weddings, family milestones, and general bulk gifting.

Can I see a proof before my order is made?
For fully custom items, a proof will provided upon request. This may extend processing times.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If the order has not entered production, we may be able to accommodate changes.
Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your exchange policy?
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift sets, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
In the event your gift box has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you!

What are your gift boxes made of?
Our signature two-piece gift boxes are made from premium recyclable materials designed to be reused and kept long after the gift is given.
