Because every Signature Giftworks gift set is custom-assembled and personalized, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds. All purchases are Final Sale.
If your gift set arrives damaged, defective, or includes an error made by Signature Giftworks, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we may correct the issue promptly.
